Cheollima Civil Defense wishes to publicly express our gratitude for the timely and critical assistance recently
provided by the United Kingdom to some we are protecting. We thank Prime Minister Theresa May and Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Boris Johnson for their leadership, commitment to universal human rights, and recognition of the plight of our compatriots.
